Common Kitchen herbs Used as First Aid or Medication P1



I haven't gotten much time to write about these but I think most people should be aware on what they have in the kitchen can actually save their family the hassle of common household ailments. I personally use these herbs in my personal kitchen and yes they work, I wouldn't be writing about it otherwise, for now this is just part one, read on and maybe copy it and stick it in the refrigerator door for everyone in the family.


1. Cloves (a pinch to half a glass of luke warm water cures diarrhea, anorexia, food poisoning, flatulence and other stomach related issues except ulcers, also very effective for toothaches)

2. Garlic (natural antibiotic and bp balancing properties)

3. Oregano (expectorant)

4. Honey (antioxdant, sugar substitute)

5. Extra virgin Olive Oil (natural vit.e, works better for chop lips and heels)

6. Peppermint, Lavender, Chamomile teas (works as nerve relaxant)

7. Turmeric or Luyang Dilaw (works as natural antioxidant and detoxifier)

8. Lemon peel or Orange peel (natural air purifier)

9. Vodka (glass cleaner, when mixed with water and lemon juice its good to mop your floor with it as it cleanses the floor and everything else from negative vibrations)

10. Rosemary herb (excellent on chicken and uplifting properties lightens up the atmosphere)
